In some towns/cities the local police departments accept excess, expired/unused meds, etc. and take care of the proper disposal of such. The local PD in my area doesn't do that but the PD of the city immediately to the south does... and, thankfully, they do not require that the person dropping off the meds be a resident of that area. Just an FYI. :)

I do enjoy reading your blog posts. :) They are embodiments of the three C's I value greatly: common sense, cheerfulness, and concise form.

Hi Kim: This is my kind of dog, especially after taking care of the kid's 10 pound dachshund for 9 days. I forgot how much fun a real live dog is! I also like your audio below your picture. If I didn't spend all my money at the doctors and pharmacy I would have you here to help with my clutter. Love you, M Kansas

Interesting stuff. Did you hear that there's a new strain which is resistant to the anti-flu drugs? Tamiflu etc? Found a really good website for tracking it's progress, seems to be updated every hour or so... http://www.swinefludeaths.co.uk.

I really feel inspired by this post, particularly what you said about uncluttering being a wholistic activity. I need to take better care of my life and space, otherwise I don´t think I will ever reach my full potential.
